STUDIO, POLICIES & ETIQUETTE

STUDIO SPACE

 

 The hot insulated yoga room in our studio is equipped with a state-of-the-art HVAC heating system with Fresh Air In-take and EcoDuct In-duct unit for pure air ventilation system. The Fresh Air In-take pumps fresh oxygen back into the room and the EcoDuct In-duct unit eliminates odors, visible smoke, and microbial populations in air and on surfaces, utilizing the newest Active-Ox technology. Active-Ox technology consists of a specially selected length of UV light and photocatalytic target, creating an Advanced Oxidation Process. Testing has shown reductions of mold, bacteria and viruses up to 99.9% using this process.

Zebra Yoga flooring provides maximum safety and support to our students. You will not have to worry about falling out of your pose and hurting yourself. The Zebra Yoga tiles are made from 100% recycled open-cell foam, 1 inch thick, durable, phthalate free, waterproof and have received antimicrobial treatment to prevent growth of microorganisms. Zebra’s yoga flooring provides the support and stability needed to find your balance, gain the confidence needed to try new poses and build a name for yourself in the yoga industry. The Zebra floor will take your practice to the next level!

The yoga room, bathrooms, and common areas will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with Enviro Care Neutral Disinfectant. This neutral disinfectant has the power to kill MSRA superbugs and much more while it cleans, shines, deodorizes, and disinfects all non-porous surfaces.

The health of our students is of the utmost importance, and we employ technology that eliminates toxins, bacteria, mold, and mildew to ensure our studio stays a hygienic place to open the body and mind.

STUDIO POLICIES

We value your loyalty and dedication to your yoga practice. As a business that focuses on both the mind and body, we strive to maintain a peaceful and positive environment. Therefore, we have listed our specific policies and yoga etiquette in order to help achieve these goals.

GENERAL


Classes are 60 or 90 minutes long; please check the online schedule prior to class & make plans to stay in class the entire time without interruptions.

Please arrive (no more than) 30 minutes before class, and leave promptly (within 30 minutes after your class ends), to allow staff cleaning the hot room and sanitizing common areas.

The studio opens 30 minutes prior and closes 30 minutes following each class. The building's doors are locked at all other times to ensure everyone’s safety and security during class.

Please remove your shoes in the lobby and check in at the front desk prior to going to the changing rooms.

Do not leave your belongings behind. Items left behind can be found in the Lost & Found Box.

Students are limited to 2 classes a day.

Please maintain tidiness while using the changing rooms and bathrooms.

DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING IN THE TOILET EXCEPT FOR TOILET PAPER 

Rented towels should be placed in the laundry baskets provided in each locker room or at the exit of the yoga studio.

Rented mats should be placed over the ballet bar and sprayed with the provided disinfectant spray.

If you create a puddle anywhere outside the studio, please ensure you wipe it up in order to ensure others safety.

LOST & FOUND


hyb is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. We provide lockers & cubbies for your personal items but recommend to not bringing any valuables into the studio as we won’t be able to guarantee their safety. Please email the studio or ask at the front desk for any items you may have left behind. Items will be thrown out or donated at the end of each month.


RATES

Rates are subject to change.

All services and products purchased, including class cards, single classes, unlimited packages, etc. are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXTENDABLE. Auto-Pay 4-month contract is charged automatically per month, which will continue to charge after the 4th month unless otherwise cancelled in writing 15 days before the next charge.

SIGN IN / RESERVATIONS  & CANCELLATIONS


At hyb, students can reserve classes in advance using our website or mobile app. Walk-ins are welcome, however students who have booked in advance or are on the waitlist will have first priority. Due to class capacity limits, walk-in students may not be admitted into class if the class is already full from advance bookings. 

All new students must read and sign a waiver-release before admittance.

Please make us aware of any health issues you have during the signup process. 

Students must sign in at front desk before entering the changing room and/or studio.

Please arrive no later then 5 minutes before class. Students will not be permitted into class after the class has started. 


Late Cancel/No Show Fee’s 

A 12-hour cancellation notice via online or the Mindbody app if required to avoid being charged for class, no exceptions. Phone and email cancellations will not apply.

Students with class cards will be deducted 1 class from your card, if not cancelled 12 hours prior to class.

Students with an unlimited package will automatically be charged $40 when absent for a class that has been booked online, but not cancelled 12 hours prior to class.

Students with drop-in will lose the class.

Class Waitlist

If a class is full, you can join our waitlist. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class, you will receive an email confirming your class reservation. Waitlist notifications will be sent up to 5 hours before a class starts.

If you are unable to make the class, you will need to cancel online up to 5 hours prior to the class start time. If you do not cancel prior to the 5-hour cancellation window, you will be charged a Late Cancel / No Show Fee.
