NEW STUDENT

Before Class

  • Create with Login/Register button or access your account for class online or in-person at the studio.

  • Purchase and Reserve a class at a time that works for you.

  • Refrain from eating for at least 2 hours prior to class.

  • Arrive 15-20 minutes before the class start time.

  • Check-in at the front desk, even if you signed-up online.

  • Inform the instructor of any pertinent injuries or limitations.

  • Remove shoes in the lobby area.

  • Leave your belongings (keys / cell phone) in the changing room.

  • New to practicing? Place your mat in the middle or back of the yoga room so that other students may be your guide.

  • Try to stagger your mats so that you can open your arms out to the side without bumping your neighbor.

  • Be prepared to sweat and stay in the yoga room for the entire class.

 

What to Bring

  • Bring a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water to every class.

  • Rental mats, rental towels and bottled water are available to purchase at the studio.

 

What to Wear

  • Women - should wear leotards, shorts, tank tops, sports bra, pants or capris. Wear something that you are comfortable to sweat in.

  • Men - should wear either yoga, athletic or swim shorts. Again wear something that you are comfortable to sweat in.

 

COME WELL HYDRATED

Drink plenty of water up until a half hour before class. Bring a large bottle of water with you to class. We do have water and coconut water available at the studio. All water in classes should be consumed to wet your mouth as large amounts of water consumed can lead to an upset stomach and nausea.
